We made Japanese sweet Taiyaki. Fusion with Canadian cuisine by adding maple syrup to the red bean paste used in traditional Taiyaki.

Upcoming flavors will include apple-cinnamon, sweet potatoe, berry and chocolate as well as gluten free variations.
