I made a three-dimensional mask. It is economical because it can be washed and used many times. You can wear a disposable mask and cover it. If you don't have a disposable mask, you can fold paper towel inside. I don't go out unless necessary, but I have to go shopping for food. Immediately wash when you return. And don't forget to wash your hands and gargle.

Tonight's dinner is "Cheesey Chicken-Katsu".  And miso soup with lots of vegetables. The amount is large but very healthy. Someday I want to gather friends who like Japanese food and enjoy a meal together.

We made Japanese sweet Taiyaki. Fusion with Canadian cuisine by adding maple syrup to the red bean paste used in traditional Taiyaki.
